Control consists of two principal parts: InputBox and Slider.
In InputBox user can manually insert the desired numerical value.
Slider is used to gradually change the numerical value by clicking on the slider cursor and dragging it, you can also use the wheel of the mouse.

Ruler is used to gradually change the numerical value by clicking on the "ruler-zone" and dragging it left or right.
When you work with this control you can use the keyboard to increase/decrease velocity to change the numerical value:
